Circuit Training Classes
If you live in the Guerneville area, be sure to book a Circuit Training class, located in the downtown Guerneville area. This is a class for any experience level. All the exercises are modifiable. This is a body positive class. We focus on building strength in the whole body, including the core. The exercises change daily. The circuits are 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. The work and rest times will change to make this more of a progressively changing workout. Be sure to book a class ahead of time to ensure a spot in class.

Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is essential to health. We provide nutrition coaching to help you hit your goals. We use a flexible eating program that's easy to follow. We don’t cut out food groups. You get to enjoy your favorite foods and still losing weight.
Programs
We use NASM’s OPT model to create customized programs for individualized goals. You can work out on your own time, either at home or in the gym. We also have non-customized options if you are on a budget.
Mindset Coaching
Mindset Coaching promotes positive self-talk. We provide exercises for the mind to help with habit creation, goal setting and creating the life you’ve always dreamed of.

On Demand Video Library
You can now enjoy access to my personal video library for just $25.00 per month. Choose from hundreds of diverse workouts that you can complete right at home, with some sessions lasting as little as 5 minutes or as long as an hour. The library features yoga, stretching, foam rolling, strength training, dumbbell workouts, HIIT workouts, Tabatas, core exercises, Zumba, and Pilates.
